2000 Mercedes-Benz ML55 AMG

This might be a future or cult classic, but what do I know. This is a 2000 Mercedes Benz ML55 AMG. These were like the original hot rod performance SUV’s. Packing a 5.5-liter V8 which produces 342HP. These had AMG tuned suspension with some clean AMG exterior improvements to give you a hint that it was not a base ML. I personally love these because they were true sleeper SUV’s and give me a nostalgic feeling when driving one, ahh the smell. Also, they have become hard to find in a clean driving condition. If you can get a clean driving one around $6,000 I think it would be a fun work car to have.

Pros

• 5.5-liter V8 = 342 HP

• Possible cheap work car

• Rare and hard to find in a clean condition

Cons

• 23 year old Mercedes, maintenance cost will not be fun
