For $20k - Is this 2016 Volkswagen Touareg the best Luxury SuV for the money?

Hey Moshiner's,

Alright, today we have a 2016 Volkswagen Touareg Sport. This thing is beautiful with only 55k on odometer. For under 20k this is has many luxury additives and is pretty much a brother to the Porsche Cayenne. They share many of the same parts and platform. From my experience this has more room, easier to maintain, and more low-key if you don't want the stigma of saying you drive a Porsche. Also these are quite good off road especially with some minor enhancements.

If I was looking for a daily SuV that doesn't break the bank and that I can work to make it a semi overland built in a few years this would be a great choice. It's hard enough to find a SUV with lower mileage that is fun, sporty, great looking and family capable for under 20k so this would a great option.

  • I would watch out for the Dealer Fee's here (2k) and try to negotiate on them and the price as this dealer seems to be more on the high volume and financing KPI's.
